Car arrived on time. Allstate called ahead, and driver called also. Driver had very good driving skills and was very personable. Driver needed no assistance in finding the destination.
The only difficulty was seeing the car at the pickup point due to the incredibly heavy NYC traffic. However, this is not a fault of the driver, nor of Allstate. The problem was resolved when the driver called me a second time to pinpoint his location. Altogether a good experience. I would certainly use Allstate again.
