This was the part of my trip I was most worried about, having never visited NYC our used Allstate's services. They were wonderful - they were at the airport waiting for us and contacted us just as they said. On my return trip, I discovered I hadn't allotted enough lead time to get safely to the airport. I called them and they adjusted the time (even arriving a bit early). The SUV's were Clean and nice. The drivers were very pleasant. I would recommend them. JLR. 4/28/18
