Despite website and purchase note saying it will ship within 2 days, I wait weeks and get no notification that it's been shipped.
Then I follow up and get a poor response to my follow up. I have to follow up on my follow up because 4 days later I've not heard back from All4kids. Then after following up again I finally get advised that it's been shipped (20 days later) No apology, no reason why. Poor customer service.
