“Delivery was very fast, even just in the run up to Christmas. Communication around the delivery clear. Price for trampoline was good. Trampoline itself was straightforward to assemble (I did it alone, easy as). Kids have been happy so far. Very good service.”

“I took a chance on this website/company, and I am now 2 days away from Christmas, without the gift I bought my 4-year-old daughter. I ordered with plenty of time for it to arrive (December 8th), and I haven't heard anything about it since ordering. I called the courier and All4Kids, and naturally, each company is blaming the other for failing to contact me to tell me my item won't arrive for Christmas, as promised. It has instead, been sitting somewhere in Victoria, damaged, for almost 2 weeks. If this information was shared with me, I could have arranged something else instead. I find the lack of accountability and communication completely heartless. Never again.”
