“Wrong product delivered. I ordered a cot mattress, but received a completely different item with a different name, SKU and measurements. The customer service from Elva was extremely disappointing. After I explained the issue and asked for the heavy item to be collected, given that I’m 7 months pregnant, I was told to take it to the post office myself. I then received no further response. Very poor experience and not the level of customer service I would expect. I can understand mistakes happening, but the way the issue was handled was extremely disappointing.”

“I took a chance on this website/company, and I am now 2 days away from Christmas, without the gift I bought my 4-year-old daughter. I ordered with plenty of time for it to arrive (December 8th), and I haven't heard anything about it since ordering. I called the courier and All4Kids, and naturally, each company is blaming the other for failing to contact me to tell me my item won't arrive for Christmas, as promised. It has instead, been sitting somewhere in Victoria, damaged, for almost 2 weeks. If this information was shared with me, I could have arranged something else instead. I find the lack of accountability and communication completely heartless. Never again.”
