“Good product”

“Slow postage, over 3 weeks to receive any communication of dispatch. That aside, good quality, beautiful looking and functional Witt the perfect height for nappy changes. However, very bad and limited assembly instructions and took over 4 hours to put together. Required a few alignment adjustments to the drawers tracks as they come attached and were a little off. We changed the handles to more modern ones as the ones that come with it are dated shadowed brass style and didn’t suit our decor. Other than crappy instructions and slow postage, we are very happy with the drawers.”

“I bought a play couch for my sons 1st birthday... delivery took a very long time but the communication back and forth from the company and I really helped that process along. The couch came in excellent condition and our son loves it! Definitely recommend.”

“Warehouse was hard to find due to no signage & tbh looked totally dodgy. It was also a mess inside. Product is as ordered; had to wait for stock to become available but was ordered as a pre-order anyway so I knew that. Staff seemed friendly when k had contact (both in person and over the phone!)”

“The item arrived relatively quickly and in perfect condition. I ordered a bookshelf! I did feel like the order processing time was a little slow as it took 5 days to ship even though store policy states 2 days.”

“It is well made canvas tent great for 3+ kids. Good size, big enough to fit in a cot mattress so can be used for afternoon naps as well. Like the zips on both front and back. relatively easy to set up. A bit pricey though.”

“Quick delivery, kitchen tower looks nice, very helpful for my 18 month old who wants to watch everything, only issue is the safety bar doesn't allow enough room for her to climb in & out so i still have to lift her in/out (we bought it as we're about to have another baby& i wanted to limit the lifting)”
