Product idea is great for Play Couch. Quality is poor though. Stitches coming apart straight out of the box. Couch doesn’t actually fit together like the photo represents and zips are contrasted, visible and easy to open which isn’t great for a product designed for little kids.

Ordered twice from All 4 Kids, first time I ordered a grey playcouch, got an email the next day that it was out of stock. Second time ordered a Tender Leaf Chicken Coop, got an email the next day that it was out of stock. Their stock levels seems to never be accurate. It is not a reliable site to shop at as you never know if your orders will actually be fulfilled. I do not recommend shopping here.

You happen to already be sending emails addressed to her (see yours, below) to my email address. Tamar turns one year old today, and I ordered a gift to be sent to her via ALL 4 KIDS. The online store looks excellent and I appreciate its existence. But not quite ready to set up an account. I omitted to set one up when I made my purchase - I was halfway into the purchase when that option was presented. (You might have a word with your tecchie people about that). I’m well aware that emails like yours and other marketing emails are automatically and mass-generated. However, you might also want to check out one bit of ALL 4 KIDS’ follow-up process. I think it should have been clear from entries like mine that in the case where someone is sending a gift to someone at a different address (and in this case, country): there is one name, address etc for the purchaser and a different name & address for the recipient. Surely this happens a lot? (etc) I hope you will find this small piece of feedback useful. In other words: 1. Why don't you READ the replies given, and amend communications accordingly? 2. Please refrain from sending further requests for reviews.

No updates as to the status of the order. I emailed twice to find out and was told would check with the team and get back to me. Which did not. A week later I emailed again and was told would be sent at end of the week or early next week no email to say sent. Took about 28 days to receive doll. Very stressful

I wouldn’t purchase from this site again. I was actually thinking that it was a dodgy site. Web site advertised 3 day dispatch. After a week I emailed the contact email and received a computerised response saying they would check what was happening. 5 day latter and nothing. I rang and got an answering machine but no return phone call. Another 5 days and both phone & email. I let msg stating that I believed they were dodgy and if I didn’t get a personalised response I was going to consumer affairs. Order arrived 1 week latter,

The customer service is good & helpful but the products we ordered are damaged & not the best quality for the cost of each item. I should have just got the $80 kitchen from K-Mart instead of spending $289 here as it is very poor quality, half the pieces were damaged. Yes they sent replacement pieces but the kitchen still doesn’t all fit together well, doors don’t fully close. The toaster arrived dented, not very happy

One item ordered and paid for was not in stock - meaning refunded, and had to pay extra postage to include with another order elsewhere - ie lost an initial opportunity due to poor stock listings.

Cars are good quality but took nearly 2 weeks to get delivered. Delivery service is disappointed. Hope it improves in future.

I haven't received my parcel yet and haven't received any updates from your company. I have had to chase up Aramex who are very difficult to contact, apparently it went to Sydney.

The draws with change table was poorly made, marks, chips and missing screws on the draw runners were just some of the issues encountered when putting the draws together. If i had seen the quality of the draws in person prior to purchasing i wouldn't have gone ahead with ordering. The draws look ok from a distance, but do not look up close as the faults starts to show. Most likely not directly All4kids fault, however, they import the draws from someone and there does not seem to be any quality control in their products they on sell. The draws look like they have been well loved already instead of new and mark free.

Ordered a toy bar for a gift. Initially the wrong product was sent. The exchange was arranged and I was impressed by the customer service involved in correcting the error. But when the correct product arrived it was in damaged packaging (and I had specified it was for a gift) ... was a little embarrassed having to gift it : ( customer service is great but clearly some issues in the order packing department.

The kids take and chairs arrived Table good Chairs had missing stable parts and didn’t go together securely either Very unstable no child could possibly sit on them Very disappointing Have emailed but haven’t heard back yet Had it sent to daughters home and so dissapointed for Xmas present Dianne

Purchased 8ft trampoline. Only 2 of 3 boxes delivered. 3rd came the next day. Came with practically useless instructions and so far has proved impossible to build. Very disappointed.
