I was concerned the dollhouse I bought for my daughter won’t arrive in time before Christmas, I sent an email and they responded straight away mentioning it was sent a few days ago. I must have missed the tracking details in my email. I’m very happy with the quick response and it was a detail I missed and very excited for Santa to deliver a dollhouse for my daughter on Christmas Day.
