If I could, I would give this company 0 stars! Website states that it would be shipped in 2-4 days. Placed an order 1 week ago and haven’t heard anything. Sent an email, they responded that they would check with the warehouse. 2 days later, no response. So I called them, and they said they would again check with the warehouse and get back to me by today. They emailed saying that they are out of stock in some items and have sent what they have first, while they wait for the other stock. First of all, all the items I brought online said “in stock.” Second of all, they should’ve told me before they shipped out half of my order, because I would’ve just asked for a refund. Very bad communication and customer service. I would avoid this website. Would not purchase here again.
