Great product every thing on the trike has been well thought out But the company are hopeless I purchased it for my grandsons 1st birthday a week before we contacted the company who really didn’t care that it was his birthday present and never had a present for him . So the birthday went by we had to go and buy another present for him as was very disappointed to arrive to a 1st birthday party without his nana having his present. After ringing a few more times I was asked did I want to cancel it . They then sent it by courier and it arrived after his birthday Not got enough
