The goods I received were what I ordered and came relatively quickly. I did have to follow up via email and phone to check the status of it. The email response came through really quickly, where as the phone line kept ringing out with the message box as full so I couldn't leave a message. This part of their service could be improved. Apart from this I was happy with my experience.
