Allegro is completely unreliable. My account was blocked due to errors caused solely by the incompetence of customer service. To resolve a simple issue, I had to spend an hour and a half in chat, speaking with 10 different consultants who provided contradictory information. Despite my goodwill and attempts to make the payment, I was treated as if I were at fault, while support avoided any responsibility and couldn’t even apologize. This shows a total lack of professionalism and respect towards sellers. I strongly advise against using this platform: a complete waste of time and nerves.
