I was a little worried about how the drivers would install on Hyper V server 2012, as they did in server core, but they worked fine. My R720 originally arrived with four MB NICs, however one was lost to onboard management and the other to hyper V management, leaving me with only two. As a result, this is a fantastic addition for people who want to push their virtual machines to their limits.
