The prices for the hard drives I purchased were much lower than other sites so I was skeptical. There were also mixed reviews online which made me cautious prior to buying. I purchased 4 hard drives initially to make sure they were the right model and functioned properly. They ended up working fine so I purchased in bulk. The checkout process was pretty straightforward. The customer service was excellent and fast. I called to ask a couple of questions about the product and the person I spoke to was very helpful.
