No point in buying Insurance from these muppets. BA cancelled flight home with 5 hours notice with no other alternative other than the following day back. I had to get back for work so got a flight back with another airline that same afternoon. Allianz Alliance wouldn't pay up for my alternative flight home....what is the point of Insurance I asked?? Never again.
