“Lady over the phone I told her were the car was and name of the place and the address would not listen to me yet sh kept asking me the same thing over again so fustrating I’m that way I cannot recommend this insurance company to my family or friends”
“No point in buying Insurance from these muppets. BA cancelled flight home with 5 hours notice with no other alternative other than the following day back. I had to get back for work so got a flight back with another airline that same afternoon. Allianz Alliance wouldn't pay up for my alternative flight home....what is the point of Insurance I asked?? “Don’t ever use these scamming bastards, purchased missed event insurence as it stated before purchasing the tickets, cover in case of medical emergency’s. I have a young daughter who I was taking so I felt reassured I would be ok, unfortunately something happened which caused me to drive home and what do you know there terms and conditions read differently upon clicking them away from Ticketmaster and they did not cover me for anything, so I basically handed 240 pounds to Ticketmaster for nothing. Behind fuming 😡 if I knew this I would have been able to resell them to somebody rather than relying on these dickheads! AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS WHEN BUYING TICKETS”

We now have to get out side help for you to even return a fax or a phone call. We are having to sell assets to keep her in recovery at the facility. You have over 300 pages of evidence. How would you like to be treated this way?”

“We had car insurance for a number years via Volkswagen car insurance and every time they increased the premium unnecessarily. Ver clean record for over 10 years, car kept in secured 24 hour car park over night. Enough was enough as they do not know how to keep loyal customers. I would advise all the customers to go and look through Confused.com for a better deal. A bird in hand is worth two in bush. Saved over £250 by moving away. The customer relations at Volkswagen are very rude!!!”
