Only use them if you never plan to move house again! Sadly we moved since our last policy expired, and they insist they can’t update the address on my account. So even though we have an existing account with all of other info correct, we need to create a new email address which means applying for a new quote (because all of our quotes from comparison sites are linked to the email for my old account). It is such an unbelievably pointless waste of time & energy! Online customer service was no help. Tried calling & got a message saying they’re an online only company and referring me back to the unhelpful online chat people. I guess that’s why they cost so much less! Beyond frustrating!!
