The bread is absolutely worth the $$$ and the wait! The flavors are phenomenal and the bread is evenly cooked. My only problem was the bread was wetter than I expected, so it was difficult to slice cleanly and storing it in a plastic bag was a mistake on my part. But I will definitely be ordering more. My household gobbled it up!
