My rating mostly has to do with shipping. I received my shipping notice on Thursday, which, according to the website, meant that my bread was likely shipped on Wednesday: "Yep! Once your package(s) reaches its first scanned destination, you will get an email with the tracking number. That means you will most likely get your shipping confirmation the day after it ships." I didn't receive my bread until the following Tuesday evening, which for a perishable good is simply too long to be in transit. I wasn't able to enjoy the bread once it did arrive.
