Dispite calling to confirm next day delivery for a order. I did not receive order . My fish died and I'm out of pocket from order from this company ..

Time scale PAID FOR.... BUT THIS WAS LIE.. as unfortunately she has no idea... what is going on.. I have sent them my Dead fish in post second class so it stinks. As does there service..
