Complaint:
The service was horrible and completely unhelpful, especially for people who truly need
support. The customer service actually started attacking me instead of assisting. I had simply asked for help to understand where the error or missing requirement was, but they
completely ignored me and left
me to deal with everything alone. It felt like being left to die-like a fish out of water.
