DO NOT USE THIS SALON - UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED.  Its taken me a long time to write this review as I had such a traumatic experience at Allure Salon when I went to receive the O shot. To begin with it was clear when I arrived at reception that this was the first time that the salon was trailing this treatment as none of the reception staff had any clear information on how to prepare for the treatment when I asked some questions on how best to apply the numbing cream. I was told this may sting slightly so I was not concerned when I applied it.  After the procedure during the night I was in so much pain I had to take multiple pain killers, even though you are advised not to to achieve best results, and decided to wait till the morning to see if the pain had subsided. In the morning I was in agony. I tried calling the salon to ask for advice and speak with the doctor that had performed the procedure. There was no reply or return call. I messaged their whatsapp explaining that it was urgent and I needed to speak with someone immediately. There was no call back until the following day. In the mean time I had to go to my GP and then to hospital where they advised that there had been a strong allergic reaction to the numbing cream and was provided medicine to treat it.  In no way was it explained that there was any kind of risk of an allergic reaction to the cream, there was no patch test prior to the procedure. I did eventually get to speak with a doctor from the salon but it was too little too late really. The lack of patient care was really inexcusable.  On top of that during the treatment its self one of the members of staff began videoing for instagram in the room whilst I was partially undressed with no request or permission form me. I was not the main focus of the video but it was still incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.  I would advise finding a different, more professional practice that understands the risks involved in procedures and is available with advice if something goes wrong.
