Spent a bit of time thinking about whether to do a review or not. Truthfully, I wasn’t impressed with the process and the result. I wished there was more transparency around cost - I was quoted something different via text and then in person it would be more and I took your word that the cups moving was normal. When the dress slipped the cups became visible - no matter what I tried to stick them down. I now have photos from my wedding where this can be seen. I also had a second opinion which confirmed that this never should have happened… This was incredibly disappointing even more so considering the alterations ended up costing more than the dress. I also wish that I was consulted about the removal of the boning from the dress - particularly given this was done after I noticed that the rounding around the bust was uneven. I think this could have been managed so much better and I wish there was more transparency around pricing and cost. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
