It’s been over 14 days and I’m still waiting for a product which was ordered on the 14th and it’s now the 30th.
I’ve sent countless emails asking for an update and to date no one has been bothered to reply. I’ve asked for a refund. Again totally ignored. Will be taking them through the small claims courts soon !
