Very kind and helpful customer service who managed to solve my problem instantly! Jack was particularly the star of the show. Chloe is very sweet too. Prices are fair and they offer great discounts. But Canadians will have to pay high duties upon arrival so keep that in mind. They are not included in the prices. The store has a beautiful selection of pieces though!
