Amara products are beautiful. I've placed 2 orders. I didn't pay attention to the size of a gorgeous placemat I purchased, so am returning all 12 of them - they are too small for what I'm seeking. I had website order return issues because I had done my ordering as a "guest" instead of setting up an account, so contacted your customer service through the chat feature. "Jack" quickly solved my issue, sending me a return label via email. While your website functionality could improve, Jack was great and your products are high end and truly lovely.
