Thieves -
I paid for a cutlery set and received an empty box. Someone and somewhere in transit between Birmingham UK and Brisbane Australia has stolen the goods. Amara and DHL say they fully investigated but have no evidence to show that the box was not swapped or interfered with and are refusing to credit or replace. They have made me the victim.
