The customer service is top notch. To name a few, Matthew and Leah were 2 recent customer service staff I liased with. They were very prompt and friendly. Though the item I bought was already 3 months, Amara refunded me when I feedback about the workmanship. The service recovery is very impressive and I will certainly continue to be a customer as I can shop with peace of mind in Amara. Keep up the excellent service!
