Appalling unhelpful

Email received stating item were due to be delivered 08/12 as of today 14/12 i still have not received my items even though payments have been taken
Contacted customer service appallingly bad experience , exceptionally unhelpful staff was told due to high volume of orders delays with shipping
Still no tracking on Evri website basically Amara are taking orders which they cannot fufill absolutely outraged at the service i have received
