Hideous customer service! Items were delivered poorly packed and damaged and it has been absolutely impossible to resolve as you are unable to speak to anyone and have to go through a chat service, which takes ages and is pretty useless as they are incredibly unhelpful. NEVER buy from this company which is now owned by the Fraser Group, who are only interested in getting your money.
