I ordered a Grumpy Cat T-Shirt and received a email approximately 14 days later asking me about the product that I never received...... I tried to email telling them I never received the product , but it wouldn't go through so on 12/3 I had my daughter email them a copy of my email telling them I never received it plus their email asking me about the product........ I also never received an email for tracking the product. I tried calling 2 different phone numbers ..... one said Emily was busy so send an email and the other no one answered. Six days later no reply!!!! I rate it "1" cause I don't have the product they took the money for or get any kind of customer service.... if I hear from them I will send another review
