One of the items I purchased has not arrived, for whatever reason Australia Post is sending it back to you, I've informed your support of this in several emails, and here I am a couple of weeks later, no lights and no money.
I would have thought you'd have enough sense to ship a replacement item and keep the one that's being returned, but can't keep a customer happy, can't have that!
I won't be purchasing from you in future, wasn't worth it for $40 now was it, oh and return my money, you can keep your lights!
