Really unprofessional and unreasonable, and also the obvious! Shame to have invested so much into a tree we could use for years only to be sorely disappointed! Not worthy he price tag!”
“I was told my tree would arrive by a certain date, which is why I went ahead with the purchase. It ended up arriving four days late, missing the important occasion it was intended for. I requested a refund while the tree was still in transit, but the company has stopped responding.
From my background in transport, it makes no sense to guarantee a delivery date when the order wasn’t dispatched until the day before from Country NSW. They communicated promptly when it came to making the sale, but once there was an issue, that communication stopped.
I’m now left with a $1,184 tree that’s tied to a negative experience. Based on this, I would caution others to think carefully before buying from this company as they clearly have questionable business ethics.”

Christmas tree I purchased is NOTHING like picture depicted on their website. Wasted nearly $200 then told by Kevin that it is exactly the same tree the branches just need to be fanned out more. Absolute rubbish & will be telling everyone what a scam this place is!!!
Not bothering to return as too much of a hassle with 5 kids, one being a newborn & Id have to pay for the shipping!!! So in the trash it goes & we will just have a tree from big W. Amazing Christmas, what a joke!!!!”
“I absolutely adore this tree, especially the size. My eldest have moved out of home and the youngest is a teenager, I don't need a 6ft+ tree that holds so many surprises. The tree was easy to unpack and setup, delivery wasn't a problem if anything it was earlier than posted.It took so little time to decorate and was easy.”
