I was told my tree would arrive by a certain date, which is why I went ahead with the purchase. It ended up arriving four days late, missing the important occasion it was intended for. I requested a refund while the tree was still in transit, but the company has stopped responding. From my background in transport, it makes no sense to guarantee a delivery date when the order wasn’t dispatched until the day before from Country NSW. They communicated promptly when it came to making the sale, but once there was an issue, that communication stopped. I’m now left with a $1,184 tree that’s tied to a negative experience. Based on this, I would caution others to think carefully before buying from this company as they clearly have questionable business ethics.
