"NOTHING like the picture on the website!!! Doesn't have the acorns & isn't even 4ft like advertised. \r\n\r\nVery unhappy with customer service. Kevin was horrible to deal with. Very arrogant & tried to tell me that the tree just needs its branches \"fanned out properly\" to make it look like the one on the website!!!\r\n\r\nAbsolute scammers, wasted nearly $200 on this tree for my 5 kids and not worth the cost or hassle to return tree for refund as won't be in time for Xmas and I would have to pay for shipping!!! \r\nWill be sure to tell EVERYONE to buy their Christmas tree and ornaments from elsewhere, Amazinhg Christmas is a SCAM WEBSITE!!! \r\nAVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!"
