Ordered 2 Champion inverter generators. One came damaged, thinking from something during shipping. Was in a bind and leaving for a trip and needed the new generator prior to AG receiving the damaged unit. I sent pics of the damaged unit and AG sent out the new generator right away. Great customer service and it was greatly appreciated!
