They do not refund your monies after receiving return merchandise. After I bought a portable generator online, they cancelled the order a week later without refunding monies. They do not reply to emails, phone calls or letters documenting the events. They have had every opportunity to reply appropriately and failed. CEO and founder Youssef Nasser of San Diego area will not reply to communications regarding the activities of the company. Do not buy from them. There are many other legitimate companies that sell the same products.
