Unmitigated disaster. I am a Prime member. They’ve yet to honour their commitments. Recent orders have arrived late, split into multiple separate deliveries of the same product, and they failed to deliver twice and just cancelled. Moreover, instead of refunding fully they credit gift cards. Utterly incompetent and immoral company.
