Seller account support FBA are extremely incompetent to the extent they reply to you with a complete different issue or with something completely unrelated to your case. For 3 weeks I am writing to them and they still reply with none sense. You cannot escalate your case or have someone with minimum knowledge take ownership of your case. Very terrible service you can create memes out of it!
