Pathetic process for return and refund. I returned a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra ten days ago because a defective and poor quality product was sent. Color was also different from what the box said and it looked like someone else’s return was sent to me. For ten days I am battling to get the refund. Spoke to three agents who give different stories. Website does not show item received at Amazon warehouse but agent says received. One agent says refund processed, another says refund failed and a third says I need a manager to do the refund as it is over my limit. Who is lying and who is speaking the truth.
