I ordered the laptop from Amazon on 10th Nov and returned it on 15th Nov due to the battery drying out fast.
I have raised the complaint for my refund of AED 4545 however, Amazon has not approved the refund and I lost my money and looking for your support on this matter.
I have never faced this issue the delivery person picked up the product but now the seller is claiming the product was not received which is not acceptable. I am not sure why Amazon does not have the proper investigation team and support sellers not care about the customer.
