I purchased a Z fold Samsung mobile and warranty for 2 years ( 540 aed for only the warranty ) ,after 5 weeks the screen is totally black and mobile doesnot work .
Now 7 days I am contacting them but they donot want to repair or to refund or to find solution
I purchased the mobile from Amazon under AlNajm electronics they provided .
To be honest Amazon and AlNajm are not to be trusted , I just complain now in DED against both of them
