Awful and rude customer service via chat.
The agents name was Ahmed, he was rude, unhelpful, arrogant and talked down to me.
Ahmed you should not work in a customer facing role, Amazon customer service is not the place for angry keyboard warriors, who see customers as plebs who are nothing but an annoyance to your night shift.
