Totally disgusted with (lack of) support on Echo 10. My Echo 10 stopped working after factory reset and turned into a brick which would no longer connect to my wifi network. Amazon's solution to having used a standard menu option which disables the device is to buy a brand new one. Seriously? Is this some kind of bad joke?!? Sounds more like a scam to me!
