Cheating the client with delivery time
"I ordered this item since it was showing delivery within 12 hours. I didn't receive the order, even after 48 hour passed by. Upon inquiring, I came to know the whole lot story that the system is upgrading, limitation of tracking, limitation for communication etc. I just appear to me that Amazon is spreading false information. If they cannot control their own logistics how can they give credibility to the items they are selling. This is a serious point of concern for online shoppers.
