Amazon sent me a refund, by mistake I contacted them to make them aware of the error they told me to keep the item and refund "compliments of Amazon" a month later they charged me for the item.
I contacted Amazon to try to resolve or reconcile they told me that the error was "not their policy" and refused to discuss any sort of reconciliation. DO NOT TAKE THEIR STAFF at their word
