New case for my Apple I pad does not fit, nor does it have an elastic strap nor an apple logo and is made of cheap plastic

Only reason For this review is because I cannot contact -and I have really tried - to speak with a human being. I have been transferred/cut off. I just want to let them know they are issuing credits to my account for items I have not returned. Love the shopping service but customer service site could use some TLC

AMAZON sent me a USED lipstick. It was not sealed and two parts were open held together with an old sticker. DISGUSTING!!! Also no bubble wrap so can of paint i ordered was dented beyond the beyond. If i could give 0 stars i would. Closed my account forever!!!

Very disappointed with this order and the service from Amazon. I ordered hair extensions because I had a hair appointment booked and trusted the delivery date shown on the website. Amazon clearly showed that my package would arrive by May 9, so I spent $250 booking my appointment based on that promise. To be safe, I even booked my appointment two days later in case of a small delay. But the package never arrived, and after that the tracking/details even disappeared from the website. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this delay, my $250 appointment got wasted, my time was wasted, and I lost the chance to order from somewhere else. Very poor customer service and very unreliable delivery promises. Don’t give customers false delivery dates if you cannot deliver on time. Really bad experience.”

I am a long time Prime member of Amazon Canada. When I opened the account, I had given the credit card from where all the monthly fees was to be deducted. It was to be a primary card for all the fees. And it was till March 2026. And then I was surprised to see that the fees for April was taken from the other credit card with no authorization from me. I called the Amazon customer service to find out why my primary card was bypassed and the payment taken from another card. This is despite the fact that my primary card is in a very good standing and with a way far expiry date. The customer service representative and the manager had no answer to this question. I was told they tried to take out the monthly fees from a gift card I had there!!!! ... absolutely unbelievable and so unprofessional. The manager could only help me disable my back up card. Does this mean I can't have any other cards in my account???? because if I do, Amazon would go to each card and try to take the fees!! I understand that Amazon uses a back up card if the primary card has a returned payment. BUT my primary card has no such problem and while this card was the first to approach, it was totally ignored. I am so disappointed with Amazon for being so careless and utterly unprofessional. I would definitely want an answer to WHY this happened. Makes me feel very insecure with my account. The customer service was unable to answer.

Amazon just charged me $15.75 for the return if an item that the size was clearly listed wrongly on their website but because THEIR lists of reasons did not include my problem … though luck … they are keeping $15.75 … Totally illégal and abusive WATCH OUT !!

I love Amazon because when something goes wrong with customer order, Amazon customer service team immediately take care of your concerns and return our money immediately…this is a unique business behaviour that it is hard to find in most companies and businesses…. I have a Customer for now a few years and now ai love Amazon more, my wife order me a birth day gift the item wasn’t what ai was expecting to get, Amazon took care of the issue immediately…Than you Amazon. In yorkton, Sask. My daughter in Calgary ordered Merrell shoes for me on Sunday. Rec'd same on Tues--today__ just under 48 hrs. Delivery person was respectful, rang doorbell. Good job!!!

I went 2 4 different locations to return a bunch of orders I had. I was turned away at all of them for system issues. They all told me to contact Amazon. After spending nearly an hour to find a way to chat to someone (they really do have you on a wild goose chase for that), I spoke to someone who put me to 3 other people who then told me just to keep the stuff and they would refund it. Well, one item was refunded. I went back online again with another agent after a couple of weeks who then spent over an hour going through each item telling me that they are all refunded. Good thing I track my purchases. I then had to go on there AGAIN tonight as not all the returns were done. I have asked them to read all my chats which they say they do but then come back and ask me if I didn't receive my deliveries! I have now been on here for 2 hours and the latest is they are asking me for the return receipts! For the items they told me to keep! They just came on right now and said I hope you understand our limitations but we can't credit them without the returns. The customer service used to be so great from Amazon. It is absolutely terrible now. If I could give it a 0 I would!

Consistently bad service from Amazon Canada courier drivers. Frequently fail to follow delivery instructions. Drivers claim they attempt delivery when clearly they do not. Parcels often left in not secure places. Awful service.

I've been a prime member for a long time and still have trouble getting my orders delivered on time as promised, last order was supposed to be delivered the next day that was the only reason why I bought it, low and behold it didn't show up as promised, the customer service representative started to dance around the issue and after a few minutes of her bs she said that I wasn't accepting her excuses and hung up on me, I called back asked for a supervisor and he said he would have the package by the end of the day, 2 days later still no package, granddaughters birthday ruined, thanks to Amazon They've become to big and abuse customers because they can,they are saying we don't need your business, some othersucker will buy from them Ratig on the customer scale should be zero, once a great company has become a pos company

Terrible policy..everything is so cheap coming from China ..I bought a ceiling light and it's defective. It doesn't hug the ceiling and the bulbs are flickering..I asked them for a return and the employee said the time frame for is too late ,but there are exceptions. It is a defective product.

I bought a ceiling light.Apparently it was defective. Tried to return it .I was told i can't. The light is flickering and it's dangerous could catch a fire .Amazon carries cheap China product .Being a Prime member shouldn't have this kind of issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service when I called Amazon for assistance with my new Kindle. I was transferred to a Kindle specialist, but while I was on hold, I overheard the representative sounding irritated and complaining to a colleague about the call transfer. When I said hello, instead of assisting me professionally, he continued venting, which made me uncomfortable. When he finally spoke to me, I had difficulty understanding him. I politely asked him to repeat himself, but his tone came across as uninterested and unhelpful. Despite my efforts to understand, communication was very difficult. I then requested to be transferred to another representative who could assist me more clearly. At that point, he told me he would report me. I responded that he was welcome to do so, as the call should reflect that I remained respectful and was simply asking for proper assistance. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I hope this can be reviewed, especially if the call was recorded, so that future customers receive better support.

Do your drivers know how to read English, we have a sign in fairly large print that says “deliver to side door” on a closed gate at our front deck, but they consistently open the gate to drop at front door. Side door is another 10 feet away.

Zero help when their couriers leave items in unsafe spots and disregard delivery instructions resulting in items being taken. The employ crappy couriers and expect customers to jump through hoops ti be reimbursed for missing items.

After receiving an order, the price of the item dropped. I contact Amazon through the online chat and was told I would have the price difference returned to my gift card balance in 2-4 hours. After 6 hours I had still not received the refund and contacted Amazon chat to inquire. After chatting with four different agents (including the supervisor) I was told they could not refund the difference(they could not seem to figure out how to do it). I told them I did not believe them and was told that was my prerogative. Have sent them an email (not sure if they will actually get it) and hope to get this resolved before I end my Amazon shopping.
