Amazon has made it impossible to cancel side subscriptions. I have been sent in circles for over two hours trying to cancel a hayu subscription I purchased through Amazon video. This whole company has made it just hard enough that people will give up out of frustration and continue to pay the subscription. This should not be allowed. I will be cancelling my entire subscription now with prime as I don't feel like being used anymore.

Be aware that Amazon might easy loose your package. I found my 2700 dol camera lying on hallway floor, welcome to anyone passing to take it. Unbelievable. Just day earlier someone took my 450 dol lens......

I spent 5 days calling customer service to find out about an unknown pre- authorized payment. No luck, today I request to talk to supervisor in the name of Mohammed Oweiss in Quebec. He was so rude and not only help me with my issue but made me so nervous and shocked. Please be aware of your pre-authorized payments. There has been a charged of $447.94 from Amazon in January 5th. I couldn't figure out neither any of your agents, about this payment. I think I should see a lawyer. Thanks

I never understood how vital genuine support was until I worked with Robinson and team. Their expertise, care, and professionalism turned my fear into confidence. Now I finally sleep peacefully at night.

They suspended my membership because I deleted the product I ordered from my cart. I have never repented a product to this day. They victimized me for 3 days just because I removed a product from my order before an hour was up. And they blame me. Why doesn't the seller give the information of the product clearly, this product will not work for me when I get it. It's really a gameless experience.

One of the worst delivery services in Canada. They ignore all delivery instructions and leave packages outside without ringing the doorbell or knocking, making them easy targets for theft. To be honest, it’s hard not to suspect negligence, since they didn’t even send a delivery photo by email. I had to wait over an hour to speak with customer support, and the communication was extremely poor and unhelpful. The worst part is that Amazon doesn’t allow you to choose your own carrier. I would gladly pay more if it meant not having to deal with this level of service. Overall, delivery services across Canada have declined significantly due to cost-cutting and poorly trained staff.

Today Amazon gave me a masterclass in how NOT to do customer service. I ordered about $40 of perishable goods. The driver appears to have dropped the box in the parking lot, then quietly left the soaked, leaking package at my door — no knock, no doorbell, no delivery confirmation. Amazon even has a photo from their own driver showing liquid oozing out of the box. You’d think that would be enough to say, “Yep, that’s ruined, let’s fix it.” Instead, here’s what happened: – I was told to “go online for a better service experience” for a clearly ruined perishable order. – The first human I reached basically said it was “not our problem” because “we don’t accept returns on perishables.” – After about 45 minutes and a manager, I was told the photo of the leaking box was not proof it arrived damaged. – Their solution? I have to pack up the soaked, sticky box and haul it downtown to Staples in bad weather so their system will allow a refund. Let’s be clear: to protect a subcontracted delivery driver and a rigid policy, Amazon is perfectly happy to make a customer carry garbage across town to fix Amazon’s mistake. I’m not chasing the $40 anymore. I’ve already emailed Amazon’s executive team. I’m sharing this here with my 6.9k followers because this is bigger than one box of ruined food. This is how you destroy customer trust: – Deny what’s plainly visible in your own photos – Hide behind “policy” instead of using common sense – Make the customer work harder to fix your screw-up than it took to place the order If this is what “customer obsession” looks like now, Amazon needs to take a long, hard look in the mirror.

I wonder when or ever is senior management going to address all these very Poor customer reviews. A lot of irony here in that Jeff Bezos preaches all the time about great customer service is the main key for any company but that is not the case now at Amazon. My issue is that amazon does not process all refunds in a reasonable time frame. They admit/confirm I have returned an item as per their return policy but 2 weeks later they still have not processed my credit? Unacceptable.

Actually There was an issue with communication and transaction problem I had that I’d like to share. Responses were slow and not very detailed. This made the process less smooth. I hope this helps improve future interactions. Thankfully, RESORUS managed everything properly.

I felt completely stuck and had no idea what direction to take until Alpha Recovery stepped in. Their team was calm, supportive, and took the time to explain every step in a way that made the whole process feel manageable. They approached my case with real professionalism, consistently kept me informed, and reassured me throughout the journey. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, my withdrawal issues was resolved, and everything finally began moving in the right direction again. I’m truly grateful for their help

I have called numerous times in the last few months regarding the drivers not following simple instructions on where to leave my package(s). They continue to leave them in the mailroom (and when I say leave, I mean throw), they are rude when approached by the property manager regarding this and not to mention they completely disregard any signage that state likewise. In my opinion it is pure ignorance. I have called customer service, after what feels like a lifetime trying to find a contact information, and all they seem to do is repeat themselves as if reading off of a script over and over again. Not once does anyone address the concern and what will be done to rectify the problem. Putting a “formal complaint” in about the driver just leads to a generic email stating that this “behavior is unacceptable” and “will not be tolerated”, blah blah blah. Nothing is ever done and they continue to do the same thing daily. The amount of money I spend at Amazon on top of extra for Prime, you would think they would hire competent people to work at such a big company. Ugh. Do better Amazon!

Bad service. My order was cancelled for no reason, the item was available all the time. No cancellation email was sent. I did not know until the day supposed to be delivered. Contacted their agents, not friendly at all. There was no explanation why the order was cancelled, just asked me to waste time and re-order again. How can I trust Amazon?

They are selling Star Wars Lego sets that have been opened, minifigures removed & sealed back up again & sent back to Amazon only to be resold to unsuspecting buyers. When brought to their attention, they state there's nothing they can do & will provide link to Lego. Lego did not sell the tampered sets, AMAZON did.

Why I shop at Amazon.ca - A small monthly fee provides me with free shipping, Amazon Prime Video and Music; - Amazon stocks most of the products I'm looking for with choices among hundreds of vendors; - Amazon has a free return policy, on most items, second-to-none; - Amazon has specialty products not available in retail stores; - Amazon has 1 & 2 day delivery; - Their customer service is excellent; - By example, if Canadian Tire or a Home Depot has the product you want to purchase, you have to drive to the store at .50 cents a kilometer, find the product and line-up to purchase the product. Time counts. The round trip is likely 1-hour or more. The cost for you to drive to a retailer like Home Depot to purchase an item exceeds the upcost Amazon charges for the product. - Convenience counts for something; - Time counts for something; - Retailers in big box stores will become a thing of the past in years to come.

Ordered a bread maker. Said we will get back with delivery date. I tough well usually its not very long.. big mistake! 6 months away. And they tell you once it's shipped so they don't want to cancel! Customer service is complicated and not easy to reach, first chat, then call, then wait for supervisor. Over 45 minutes waisted with them for nothing at all. Pis on me dit rien a faire bonne journee et on me raccroche la ligne! J achetais tout sur amazon, plus jamais rien!!

First and foremost are their delivery drivers. I have never met so many incompetent (or maybe they are ignorant) people employed by the same company! It’s crazy! We live on the main floor of a three story building but for some reason we consistently have to retrieve my daughter’s orders on the 3rd?! The never put our unit # or any unit # but it consistently ends up at 310. They NEVER EVER knock on the good damn door!! The worst experience was when my daughter was called and told to go out to a random car in the middle parked cars while sorted thru the packages! Wtf!!!??? I would appreciate some compensation for their incompetence as I’m sure others would as well, not gonna hold my breath for that.
