The worst costumer sevice .i stoped my Amazon prime because of them .i called more than 10 time to ask about my refund, and they kept ignoring me. They said that they didn’t receive the item . Then the employee said that she will do investigation and come back to me within 48 hours and she never come back. Then when I called again to ask , she hang up the phone.
Very rude.
