I had lost not only money but also my sense of trust after my ordeal with a well-known online trading platform. Despite following all their procedures and guidelines, I got nowhere. It felt like I was stuck in a maze with no exit. That’s when I came across Mrs. Napua Francesca and her team. I hesitated, thinking it might be another dead end, but they immediately proved me wrong. They handled my case with professionalism and empathy, something I hadn’t experienced during the whole ordeal. Their attention to detail was impressive — they looked into every transaction, every piece of communication, and made sure we had everything covered. They advocated on my behalf and made sure my concerns were heard. The end result? A resolution that was fair and satisfying. Worst experience ever. I was at home when they delivered the package and I was supposed to receive 8 items including big cold pressed juice and keyboard. I took the box in a minute when it was delivered. It was a small box and when opened, 3 high value items were missing. Called customer service and they were of no help. They ask me to file a police complaint and told me somebody took it. I was at home and received the delivery. Also, they can see clearly and 8 items can’t fit in this small box. Never buying from Amazon and cancelling my membership 👎🏻

I order stuff off Amazon often and like there service when they deliver my items, but when they use intel to deliver items I’m often waiting all day for delivery, I’m suppose to have cabin filter delivered I was hoping to get today so I can put it in, I just checked and it’s 13:30 and my item is not even marked out for delivery, I could had my item now if they had used there own prime vans as one is delivering to my building now, awful Please do not send my items with Intel

I have tried and tried to get help with my Prime Video services l subscribe to many different channels. Went through all the suggestions and reboots password changes etc.. Specifically the streaming dept service was horrible. I usually have had excellent customer service and the lovely cs staff before l get transferred to tech was wonderful every time,, then… well sorry just awful after tech dept transfer…guessing at solutions, impatience and bad tone, and of course not listening fully to the issue. Just spent another hour and half and everything we tried did not change anything…l appreciate the effect and help.. and went through the same steps again, again no problem,.. however the CS agent, attitude tone etc.. and then just disappeared, no offer to escalate, l said l do t mind if the issue needs to go to technical escalation or it’s ok to not know what’s wrong but maybe put in a report and see if there where some other options to fix.. was rude and was offered to cancel services several times, l love prime and have had almost no issues in the past. Not looking for freebies or blame just trying to resolve.. and oh ya did not get a call back, l hope someone listens to the recorded quality service call between us… may be a good teaching moment. Again thanks for the effort, sorry l disturbed you at work.. going to see if l get a call back or l guess l take the suggestion to cancel and change providers.. l have payed for several services that l haven’t been able to access for over three weeks. No call backs either.. Please do better. S. Lander

Garbage customer service. The guy just started raising his voice and snapping at me when HE doesn’t understand my question or their app. Then started talking over me then insulted me. Yeah? You’re not getting my money SHEIN and I didn’t a lot!

Some product from Amazon.ca, they have sign up for subscribe the product just same yellow colour when you try to add on your cart. Be aware before you click on add to cart button or you will sign up for subscribe the product. I made mistake and try to cancel the subscribe and no where to find the links to cancel it. I have to find Amazon phone number and tell them to cancel it.

I recently purchased a dog nail grinder. My dog's very nervous when it comes to nail trimming. For the first time, I was able to shorten his nail without him freaking out. I love this grinder. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I returned a product the same day I received it, still waiting three weeks later for the refund. Amazon is just giving me the runaround. Avoid Amazon people. Closing my account. I have reported fraud to my bank.

I ordered 4 bedsheets (3 queen, 1 twin) from Amazon.ca. They were missing from the delivery. Amazon refused to refund me unless I filed a police report — for missing bedsheets! This is completely unfair and not how customers should be treated. Very disappointed.

It is practically impossible to make a proper return - none of the 3 Circle K stores were willing to take the return. When calling the Customer Service, the representative gave me bad advice, which basically invalidated my return and made it impossible to return my item (he advised I cancel the return and initiate a new one, which was not possible, due to their system apparently). No more Amazon orders for me from now on.

Amazon.com I want you to speak out and give me information about my order, which was scheduled for May 4, 2025. 702-4160800-403222 I placed the order with you, and therefore you are responsible. It's already 6 days late, and I still don't know if it will arrive or not. You don't provide tracking information. I want evidence, not words. I'm in a terrible state of uncertainty. I ordered a dash camera for my son's birthday. Amazon.ca sent a used one. There was a month's worth of recording on the sd card. I was absolutely mortified when he asked if I had bought him a used one. Cost was $500, and they sent me a return. Lovely. Contacted customer service and got the worst non-service ever! They wouldn't even admit to their mistake, or apologize, then took an entire month to refund the transaction.

We recently got Dragonfly/Intelcom as a delivery company in our rural area. At first we thought it might be good because they picked up returns from our house. However, they are a lying, dangerous disaster. Amazon says they can’t control who delivers out here but agreed to “de-prioritize them. However, next package was delivered again by Dragonfly. Now I am only shopping on Amazon if I have no other choice. Better for my local stores anyways.

The worst costumer sevice .i stoped my Amazon prime because of them .i called more than 10 time to ask about my refund, and they kept ignoring me. They said that they didn’t receive the item . Then the employee said that she will do investigation and come back to me within 48 hours and she never come back. Then when I called again to ask , she hang up the phone. Very rude.

Amazon customer service cannot seem to understand basic English. Amazon Prime is not working and their site actually says that. The customer service Rep keeps wanting to troubleshoot my tv and etc. What does my TV have to do with their system being down??

I'm getting sick of Amazon.ca not putting the preorder link up for "How to Train Your Dragon" on 4K! It's available to order on Amazon USA, and Amazon CA should open the preorder link at the same time! I'm really getting fed up of waiting for the preorder link to go up!
