I have tried and tried to get help with my Prime Video services l subscribe to many different channels. Went through all the suggestions and reboots password changes etc.. Specifically the streaming dept service was horrible. I usually have had excellent customer service and the lovely cs staff before l get transferred to tech was wonderful every time,, then… well sorry just awful after tech dept transfer…guessing at solutions, impatience and bad tone, and of course not listening fully to the issue. Just spent another hour and half and everything we tried did not change anything…l appreciate the effect and help.. and went through the same steps again, again no problem,.. however the CS agent, attitude tone etc.. and then just disappeared, no offer to escalate, l said l do t mind if the issue needs to go to technical escalation or it’s ok to not know what’s wrong but maybe put in a report and see if there where some other options to fix.. was rude and was offered to cancel services several times, l love prime and have had almost no issues in the past. Not looking for freebies or blame just trying to resolve.. and oh ya did not get a call back, l hope someone listens to the recorded quality service call between us… may be a good teaching moment. Again thanks for the effort, sorry l disturbed you at work.. going to see if l get a call back or l guess l take the suggestion to cancel and change providers.. l have payed for several services that l haven’t been able to access for over three weeks. No call backs either.. Please do better. S. Lander
