I ordered a dash camera for my son's birthday. Amazon.ca sent a used one. There was a month's worth of recording on the sd card. I was absolutely mortified when he asked if I had bought him a used one. Cost was $500, and they sent me a return. Lovely.
Contacted customer service and got the worst non-service ever! They wouldn't even admit to their mistake, or apologize, then took an entire month to refund the transaction.
